It is a must to stay inside an old Madrassa in Khiva and this one is like a pearl among others. It was recently renovated and the room was beautiful, clean and new and keeping the originality of the old madrassa with all the comforts of a boutique hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and the location is just perfect!! You can have an amazing view of the Ichan kala from the top floor. The breakfast was delicious!!!

The Madrassa and tower were built in a compact and modern style in 1905. It was built by Polvon Qori, a large merchant, and the tower was built in the early 20th century in a new style, with a European-style madrassa in the form of a cone. This is the most monumental building in the Dishan (outer) Kala. It is inextricably linked with a series of madrassas and towers of Ichan Kala, stretching from east to west. The height of the tower is 21 meters.
